Join us for a short talk dedicated to the application of machine and deep learning algorithms to bio-engineering systems. In this session, I will run through a complete workflow examples for the classification of a ECG signal to detect abnormalities in a heart signal.
Machine learning is a data analytics technique that teaches computers to do what comes naturally to humans and animals: learn from experience. Machine learning algorithms use computational methods to “learn” information directly from data without relying on a predetermined equation as a model. Using MATLAB, engineers and other domain experts have deployed thousands of applications for predictive maintenance, sensor analytics, finance, and communication electronics.
