Joining the Engineering Biology Interdisciplinary Centre connects you with people from across the University of Cambridge and surrounding biotechnology ecosystem.
The hub for engineering biology research in Cambridge, the EngBio IRC connects researchers, industry partners, and external collaborators, fostering interdisciplinary work at the nexus of biology, engineering, computer science, design, and bioethics. Our members are interested in various aspects of engineering biology, from genetic engineering, hardware and instrumentation for biology, to the development of software tools and bioethics.
Facilitating Connection
Connection and collaboration underpin the EngBio IRC.
If you've got ideas and initiatives that you're excited to take forward, we will do our best to help, and to connect you with other like-minded members who are day by day making Cambridge an even more dynamic and inspiring place to engineer biology!"
