Biography

Kavi is a PhD student in the Micklem lab at the Department of Genetics. His research investigates laboratory evolution strategies for optimising strains and proteins.
He is also the president of the Cambridge University Synthetic Biology Society and coordinates the Cambridge iGEM team.
